Appointment requests will be approved or denied by phone call or text no more than two hours after requesting during our normal business hours. Cancellation / No Show Policy
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive the services they need. We require 24-hour notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment or “no-shows” are subject to paying a deposit before rebooking.
