Alexus joined Sirena Medical Aesthetics in 2019 as the Head Receptionist/Patient Customer Service Coordinator. She oversees the front desk's day-to-day operational functions and ensures patient experiences. Alexus recently received her bachelor’s in healthcare administration in April 2024 and is now pursuing her master’s in healthcare administration.
