Download the Symplast Patient App from the Apple App Store or the Google play store.

1. Once the app is open, click on the Symplast logo in the bottom left corner.

2. Search for Sirena Medical Aesthetics on the next screen.

3. The next screen will ask for you to register for the Patient App. Please fill in your first and last name, date of birth, and gender.

4. Once you submit your information, you will receive a text message with a verification code. This code is available for 10 minutes.

5. Enter verification code on the Symplast patient app. If an “error” message appears, please contact the office at (860) 333-9177.

6. Please enter a new password to log in.

7. Accept terms of use.
