Office Policies.

Adhering to our office policies provides consistent quality service to all of our patients. We appreciate your cooperation with our office policies.

Appointments.

Masks are optional at our office. Please respect those who still choose to wear one. We recommend that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time to complete paperwork and answer any questions you may have. We do our best to ensure you are seen at your scheduled appointment time. If your arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule.

Booking & Deposits.

We do require a non-refundable $100 consultation deposit to book any consultations. This deposit can be applied towards treatment or product.

The services listed below required a deposit of $150. We require at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule in order to avoid forfeit of the deposit.

Cancellations.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list also miss the opportunity to receive the services they would like. We reserve the right to charge a fee for missed appointments. Because your appointment time is reserved for you, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment so we can adjust our schedule accordingly. When a deposit is required for an appointment, we require at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule in order to avoid forfeit of the deposit.

No-Shows.

A no-show is considered a failure to show up or failure to cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time. One no-show will result in a non-refundable deposit of $100* in order to schedule your next appointment. We do not accept Care Credit as a payment for this fee. We understand emergencies and health related issues happen and we take that into consideration when assessing the application of the deposit.

*This deposit will be used for services received within 90 days of scheduled appointment.

Return Policy.

Some unopened products may be returned within ten days of purchase with the receipt. Treatment series, packages, and gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable. Service packages and pre-paid treatments expire 1 year after the date of purchase.

Payment & Financing.

Payment is required in full at the time of service. We accept all major credit cards and cash. Financing options are available through Care Credit. We do not accept checks at the time of service. To pay by check, please arrange pre-payment before your treatment. Our prices are subject to change without notice.
