About Taryn Fabian PA-C

Taryn Fabian is a Certified Physician Assistant with over 14 years of experience in Surgery. Taryn graduated with her Master of Health Science from Quinnipiac University in 2008. She has been a Surgical PA at Lawrence + Memorial Hospital since the start of her career and continues to do so today. Her specialties have included General, Colorectal, Urology, Vascular, Plastics, OB/GYN, Orthopedic, Bariatric, and ENT Surgery. She has always taken a particular interest in Plastic Surgery and continues to excel and enjoy this specific field of medicine. Because of her many years dedicated to Surgery, she has developed a broad and unique set of skills that help her manage a wide range of patient needs and concerns.  

Taryn is certified in Neurotoxin and Dermal Filler injectables by Empire Medical Training, a renowned and widely respected aesthetics educational training company within the aesthetics community. She is passionate about helping patients achieve their best version of themselves by guiding them through an in-depth consultation process. During this time together, we can formulate a treatment plan best suited for the individual patient based on the many medical modalities Sirena Medical Aesthetics offers. Taryn is continually seeking out new hands-on and virtual training and continuing medical education in the ever-growing field of aesthetics.  

Taryn enjoys downtime with her dedicated husband and two amazing young daughters in her time away from work. She is passionate about Country Music and is an avid concertgoer. Taryn prides herself on her meticulous organizational skills and ability to multitask.
