This DOES NOT GUARANTEE your appointment. Once your appointment is requested, the front desk with either approve your request, or deny if it needs to be adjusted in any way. Appointment requests will be approved or denied by phone call or text no more than two hours after requesting during our normal business hours. If you are an iPhone user we strongly recommend downloading our Patient Portal App by Symplast.
Remember this is an appointment request and we will do our best to meet your requested time. Not all of our available treatments and appointment times are listed online, if you are looking for alternate treatments or times please call or email us.
Ready to request your appointment?
Book Online requires a $50-$100 deposit depending on appt length to secure your spot on the schedule. The payment is simply a hold on your card until we accept the request. This deposit will be applied towards treatment or product.
Cancellation / No Show Policy
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive the services they need. We require 24-hour notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment or “no-shows” are subject to paying a deposit before rebooking.
